Üsküp soup ( Macedonia )
300 gr spinach leaf
1 tooth-battered garlic
2 crumbling meal spoon flour
4 tablespoon oil
3 water glass milk
4 cups of hot meat or chicken broth (you can also use prepared meat or chicken bulbs)
1 teaspoon salt, black pepper
1 tea spoon red pulbiber
1 tea spoon dry mint
1 teaspoon dry basil
Cut only the leaves of the spinach and thoroughly wash it under the fore and flowing water, then filter and finely chop.
Put garlic, spinach leaves and oil in a medium size pot and boil it for 2-3 minutes with medium heat, stirring frequently with a wooden spoon. The roasted spinach will be watered.
Immediately sprinkle the flour over and continue to fry. Flour will take the water from the spinach. Approximately 1-2 minutes after the smell of flour came out and the spinach will have water. (Be careful not to hold the dibin.) Transfer the milk to the pot immediately, stirring continuously. immediately stir the meat or chicken broth without stopping to stir. Cook soup, medium heat, boil until it boils, stirring frequently.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and mix for 5 more minutes. Spread red pulmbar, mint and basil and serve hot hot service. (You can also serve the soup by pulling the soup with the help of the hand blender and purifying it)
