Pastry:
150 g butter (room-temperature)
1 dl sugar
1 egg
½ tsp. salt
4 dl flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Filling:
150 g curd
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
  • Mix butter with sugar. Add an egg, salt and flour that is mixed with baking powder. Mix until combined. Then put into a food film and let it stay in the fridge for an hour. To make the filling mix together curd, sugar, vanilla, sour cream and flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Unfurl the pastry on a floury surface. After that shape discs that are about 10 cm wide. Put about 1 Tbsp. of the filling on a one side, place the other side over it and compress with a fork. Brush with beaten egg and bake about 10 minutes. After that let them cool down and serve.
