Drained Olive Oil Onion Recipe Recipe
It’s like a Turkish delight, it’s so soft it’s worth it
I’ll peel the onion’s skins and cut them in half with a knife. Let’s put a teaspoon of salt in the water to which we add 15-20 mins of onion until it softens. I’ll filter out the boiled onions and cut them into leaves. For internal mortar;
Let’s include 1 glass of water washed and filtered rice, small chopped onion, tomato and parsley, 1 tablespoon tomato, 1 teaspoon thyme and chili pepper (you can add black pepper), 2 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablet Knorr bullion. Our bullion fills will be much more delicious. Let’s mix it up nicely. On one side of the onions that we put on the leaves, we put it inside and wrap it in the shape of a roll to the other side. A proper casserole string. Spread 1 cup of hot water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil on it. I’ll cover a little lid or plate on it (not to break up). Let’s put a high attenuation. When it starts to boil, let’s take it in low heat and cook it. Let’s check it often. If necessary, add hot water. After thoroughly shaking, turn off the gold and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. You can have butter and tomato paste for you. Bon Appetit
