Rokt Laks (Norway)

ingredients
500 grams of cold-red salmon, preferably sliced
800 grams of solid potatoes ex. delikatesspotatis
4 cleavages lemon
5 dl cream fraiche or sour cream
75 grams of red, white or black room or caviar
65 grams salad leaf ex. maché, spinach, ruccola or optional mix
4 twigs fresh dill to garnish with (optional)

Boil the potatoes. If you have a nice shell you can cook with a shell.
Mix a cream or caviar with cream fraiche or sour cream in a bowl. Taste with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge.
Rinse the lemon and cut the lemon slices.
Rinse the salad and put it in a bowl or on a large dish together with the salmon.
Slice salmon into thin slices if it is not already sliced. Put the salmon slices on a dish and garnish with dill quails.
Serve the cold-cream salmon with boiled potatoes, cream sauce, lemon slices and salad.
