Patlıcan Çığırtması ( AZARBAYCAN)

Eggplant – 250 gr
head onion – 50 gr
molten fat – 25 gr
eggs – 2 pieces
parsley – 15 gr,
pepper – 0.1 gr,

METHOD

Salt . The eggplant’s skins are peeled and cut into half-shells, the salt is bruised and the bitter water is removed.
