HOW TO DO?

Add the onions, capers, fresh veggies and grape crescents for 3-5 minutes and close the gold. Boil the olive oil in a low-fat pan and put the olive oil in a pan. place the potatoes on the bottom of a srvis plate and pour in a soft sauce on top of it. Place the sauteed cod fish slices on top and serve hot.
