PATATE ROOM (Swiss)

Materials

1 kg potato
1 onion
50 gr Bacon
* 5-6 walnuts
1 pinch of chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Butter
1 glass of grated grated cheese
4 pieces of green onion

 

HOW TO DO?

The potatoes are shredded in thick part of the grated potatoes. The potatoes are mixed thoroughly with finely chopped pastramas, grated kashar and butter. Parsley and some of the onions are added. Add salt and black pepper and mix well. Spread the mixture like a pancake on a pan and cook both sides until brown. Sprinkle the onion and parsley on top and serve.
