Nar Kavurması ( AZARBAYCAN)


Sheep meat – 330 gr,
molten fat – 30 gr,
pomegranate – 50 gr,
chive – 100 gr,
saffron- 0,05 gr
coriander and dill – 15 gr,
pepper – 0,1 gr, salt .

METHOD

The lamb is cut into 60-70 gr-pieces, salt and pepper are fried, fried onion in oil, cleaned chestnut, meat juice and saffron sauce are added and cooked in their own buckwheat. Add 5 minutes thick pomegranate or chrysanthemum to be ready. The tableware is decorated with greenery.
