Kıbın (Lithuanian)


3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
warm water

Knead a dough like a ravioli dough. cover it with a clean cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the prestigious interior.

interior materials:

500gr medium fatty ground meat
3 medium size onions
1 clove garlic
1 sweet spoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Pass the onions through the kitchen robot and make them as finely chopped as possible.
Mix the raw material with onion, garlic, salt and pepper to prepare precious inside.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and obtain 3 strips from each piece. Cut two centimeters from the strips. Straighten them by pressing with your index finger on the floury.
Spread these small pieces on a lightly baked ground with a roller, about the size of a tea plate, and open it a bit thick from the ravioli dough.
Put a sweet spoon in the center of each dough.
Boil the dough in boiling water with salt. Remove them from the pot in about 5 minutes after the babies are out in the water. (Take one to make sure of your pigeons and look at them twice.)
Take all of them in a large bowl and serve them with hot pepper and yoghurt in hot oil.
