Sheep meat 600 Gr
Dried onion 1 Large Size
Tail cloth 100 Gr.
Yoghurt 4 Cooking Sauce
Rice ½ Water Pot
Dill 1/2 cup water
Up to Salt Cap
Quince leaf 3 pcs

 

Fabrication:

The lamb is chopped finely, and if the meat is bony, it is broken into bones. Put in the pot. Add water on top. It is boiled for 30-45 minutes. Foams are taken. The remaining foams are destroyed by mixing.
After it is boiled, add the washed, washed rice to it, it is boiled so much.
In a separate pan, roast the onion with small chopped tail; quince leaf and salt are added. This mixture is also mixed with pilaf.
The cooked meat is taken in a deep bowl, put meat juice and yoghurt on top and mixed. Finely chopped dill on top
