Ingredients for Meatless Capuchin Recipe
1 kg chopped cabbage
1 spoon butter
1 spoon of oil
1 onion
1 tablespoon tomato slice
2 tablespoon bulgur or rice
1 sweet spoon salt
1 sweet spoon flake
1 tea spoon black pepper
3 water Glass of boiling water
Meatless Capuccino Recipe
We put the butter in the pot. We add a little oil on it.
Add onion, tomato paste, and roast on it.
Then chopped cabbage will be added and mixed.
The lid of the cook will be closed and the roast will be cooked.
After cooking for 15 minutes with its own water, 3 cups of boiling water, salt, flake pepper, black pepper will be added and the bulgur or rice will be added.
After the cooker starts to boil, the lid will close.
Slow fire will be cooked for another 20 minutes.
