  • semi-skimmed white cheese 30 Decagrams
  • natural yoghurt 150 Grams
    (or 18% sour cream)
  • milk 3 Tablespoons
  • onion 1 Piece
  • chives 1 Bunch
  • potatoes 1 Kilogram
  • pepper At discretion
  • salt At discretion

    Directions:

    • 1.

      Crush or grind cheese.

    • 2.

      Add shredded onion, yoghurt and milk.

    • 3.

      Season with salt and pepper, chill in a refrigerator until flavors merge.

    • 4.

      Cook jacket potatoes, peel them when done.
