Güllaç ( Macedonia)

Material:
1 pound of milk
1 egg
125 gr. Margarine
10 leaves of rose petals

Eggs are whipped with milk. A portion of this mixture is poured into the pan. The leaves are thoroughly soaked, the melted oil spreads on it and folds into bundles. They are stacked. Sprinkle oil on top of the baked until the top is baked. 3.5 cups of sugar, 2.5 cups of water are needed. The warm syrup is dumped into the hot dessert and given to the oven again. After staying in the oven for about 10 minutes, it is removed and sprinkled with walnuts.
