Gombás marhatokány (Hungary)

Gombás marhatokány (Hungary)

500 gr beef
3 onions
3 cloves garlic
200 gr mushrooms
Half a bunch of parsley
150 ml of sour cream (tejföl) or filtered yogurt
1 tablespoons flour
Liquid oil
150 ml white wine (optional)
Salt, black pepper, marjoram

We burn two bulb cubes and roast it up in hot oil. We cut the meat 1cm in thickness and 5-6cm in size. We add to the roasted onions and start to eat. After we take the water, we pour some water on it. We repeat this until we get soft enough. We add crushed garlic. After 1-2 minutes together we pour water (optionally white wine) on top. We sweeten it with salt, pepper and marjoram.

In addition to this, we chop a piece of chopped onion on a little oil. We add peeled and chopped mushrooms. We sprinkle salt and pepper. We roast the water as much as the pull. A little chopped parsley can also be added. We mix meat with roasted mushrooms and cook them together until they soften. We add some water and sour cream (filtered yogurt) to the flour, adding the flour and stirring until it is no lump, and we are dipping it on the sauteed mushrooms. We mix it all the time and cook until it gets dark. Garnish with rice pilaf, garnish with sour cream.

Bon Appetit!
