Ingredients For Cheese Picking

1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1 pack of yeast
1 sweet crust sugar
1,5 sweet scratched salt
1 egg (out of the egg whites into the flux)
5 cup flour (full size)
For inside:

200 grams of white cheese
For the above:

1 cup yogurt
1 egg yolk
Half tea glass oil
3 spoons of milk
Cracker
Sesame

First, melt yeast, milk, water and sugar.
Separate the egg yolk from an edge. put the stream in.
Add salt and flour gradually and knead well.
Cover the dough for about an hour and let it ferment.
