Materials
150 gr emmetal cheese
250 gr gravy cheese
100 gr old cheddar
5 medium potatoes
3-4 branches fresh thyme
freshly ground black pepper
salt
50 ml butter
40 ml of oil

Fabrication:

Peel the shells and shred the potatoes with the help of a planter. Then rinse the potatoes and squeeze the resulting water with your hands. Add potatoes with freshly ground black pepper, salt and thyme, then add emmetal cheese, kashar cheese and gravy cheese into the pot. Put the butter in a pan and put it in a mortar.
