INGREDIENTS (FOR ABOUT 20-25 AEBLESKIVER)
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks, flour, baking soda and salt.
Add the buttermilk gradually while mixing. Continue mixing until reaching a homogeneous consistency.
Slowly add the melted butter while mixing.
